About
Solutions Less Problems
I was born in Missouri, my family moved to Minnesota when I was in elementary school. Both of my parents worked for Northwest Airlines, and moved for work. In 1999, Just weeks after my 18th birthday I went to prison for Non-violent, non-drug related crimes, they were property crimes, that I committed as a minor. I came from a broken home where I thought prison was safer then what was happening in my home. As a result of my actions I spent 13.5 years in prison. I spent everyday of my 20's incarcerated, but I did not waste that time. I took advantage of the opportunity I had to learn more. I enlisted in programs and classes to better myself. I even became a G.E.D. tutor. All of this is why I have the respect I have today for law enforcement. I studied to become a family psychologist, but the law at the time prevented me from pursuing it further. I then changed gears and started studying criminal law, and constitutional law, working towards my paralegal. I learned that when I was finished though, the laws on the books in my previous home state of Minnesota prevented felons from being a paralegal.
Since my release, I have gone through all the struggles that life has to offer, but they were all at once, including Covid. I still picked myself up, put myself through trade school and earned my HVAC-R certificate. Moved to Wisconsin to better my life.  Add to that meeting my wife, taking on a family of 4, then adding 3 more children through the course of the next 4 years to make our awesome family of 7. I was diagnosed with Scoliosis, spinal arthritis, cirrhosis of the liver due to celiac disease, that I did not know I had, and broke both my legs in a horrific fall, I deal with a daily fight. But I still stand up for our country daily because I am sick of what our country has become, I am over the division created by both parties. My Kids, all of our children, the people of this country deserve a better end to this disaster we have endured. What a better way to show the world we can reunite and make some real changes then to send someone to Washington who will fight to stop the problems, and create real solutions.
